Right to Refuse Service

• I reserve the right to respectfully decline readings or services if:

  • Bookings from anyone under the age of 18.

  • The request is harmful, manipulative, or invasive.

  • The client is under the influence of substances.

  • The client becomes disrespectful, abusive, or crosses ethical boundaries.

  • The client is a devotee of certain deities or belief systems that conflict with my practice, energetic path, or spiritual alignment.

  • Answering questions related to medical matters — (such as pregnancy/gender predictions, fertility issues, medical conditions and death predictions).

    • On many occasions, identifying chakra imbalances may include the acknowledgment of physical symptoms within the body as a result of what could be causing these imbalances in the chakra system, but please remember that the work I offer is not meant to be a replacement of professional, legal, medical, or psychiatric advice and I do not diagnose or treat any diseases.

Lotus Rising reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice.

Cancellation Policy

• Reading cancellations must be made at least 1 hour before your scheduled session by clicking the "cancel appointment" button in your confirmation email or personally notify Keshia (via text) of your cancellation at your earliest convenience.

• Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in forfeiture of your session without refund.

If an emergency comes up on my behalf or behalf of the client, the consultation appointment may be rescheduled at the earliest convenient availability.

Late/No Show Policy

All clients that have booked a reading will receive a text reminder, 30 minutes prior to their scheduled session to ensure attendance.

There will be a 10-minute grace period that will be accepted if late, but after 10 minutes, this becomes an inconvenience to my other scheduled readings, therefore payments will be automatically forfeited.

Refund Policy

• Readings & Sessions: Non-refundable once the session has begun or been delivered.

• Courses, Digital Products & Memberships: All sales are final due to the immediate access and energetic nature of the content.

• Events & Group Programs: Refunds are not offered once the event has started. However, in cases of illness, emergency, or my own cancellation, credit or rescheduling options may be provided.

At the event of when a product is sold out, Lotus Rising has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way. Lotus Rising shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.

Returns & Exchanges for Products

• Physical Products (if applicable): Returns are not accepted due to the fact that certain items in our shop are made by order. Exchanges are offered for unopened or non-damaged items, which will be reviewed on a case by case basis. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the exchanged item. Once we receive and inspect the item, your exchange will be accepted, then your item will be mailed to you immediately with confirmation of a tracking number.

  • ACCEPTABLE EXCHANGES — (1) Incorrect shipped item

  • CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGES — If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

  • NON-REFUNDABLE — (1) Intentional Sprays, Oils, and Spiritual Bath products for health/hygiene reasons. (2) Custom or “Made by order” such as bracelets or intentional items that are offered in the Lotus Rising shop.

• Digital Products & Downloads: No returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

Membership Subscriptions

• Subscriptions (monthly, quarterly, or yearly) are non-refundable once billed.

• You may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle to avoid further charges.

• Access to membership content will remain active until the end of your billing cycle.

Confidentiality

• All readings, mentorship sessions, and private communications are held in strict confidence. Any details given during your reading will never be shared without your permission (whether inquired by their partner, family member, or friend).

• I honor your privacy and will never share your personal information, except when legally required.

All clients are required to fill out a form during checkout (to keep a record of clientele) that may contain personally identifiable information such as your full name, date of birth, time of birth, place of birth, telephone number, and email. If you choose to provide this information, I will take value in your privacy to securely store your information into a private database.

Personal Information

All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by Lotus Rising as responsible for the personal information. The personal information you provide will be used to ensure deliveries to you, the credit assessment, to provide offers and information on our catalog to you. The information you provide is only available to Lotus Rising and will not be shared with other third parties. You have the right to inspect the information held about you. You always have the right to request Lotus Rising to delete or correct the information held about you. By accepting the Lotus Rising conditions, you agree to the above.
