• I do not perform readings intended to control, manipulate, or harm others.

• I do not provide readings that violate another person's privacy without their direct consent.

• I do not perform spellwork or energy work without clear agreement and ethical alignment.

• All guidance is delivered with compassion, honesty, and respect.

Right to Refuse Service

I reserve the right to respectfully decline readings or services in the following circumstances:

• Bookings from anyone under the age of 18.

• The request is harmful, manipulative, or invasive.

• The client is under the influence of substances.

• The client becomes disrespectful, abusive, or crosses ethical boundaries.

• The client is a devotee of certain deities or belief systems that conflict with my practice, energetic path, or spiritual alignment.

• Questions related to medical matters — such as pregnancy or gender predictions, fertility issues, medical conditions, and death predictions.

On many occasions, identifying chakra imbalances may include the acknowledgment of physical symptoms within the body as a possible result of what could be causing those imbalances in the chakra system. Please remember that the work I offer is not a replacement for professional, legal, medical, or psychiatric advice, and I do not diagnose or treat any diseases.

Lotus Rising reserves the right to amend any information — including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase, and product offerings — without prior notice.

Cancellation Policy

Reading cancellations must be made at least 1 hour before your scheduled session by clicking the "Cancel Appointment" button in your confirmation email, or by personally notifying Keshia (via text) of your cancellation at your earliest convenience.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in forfeiture of your session without refund.

If an emergency arises on my behalf or on behalf of the client, the consultation appointment may be rescheduled at the earliest convenient availability.

Late / No-Show Policy

All clients who have booked a reading will receive a text reminder 30 minutes prior to their scheduled session to help ensure attendance.

A 10-minute grace period will be honored for late arrivals. After 10 minutes, late attendance becomes an inconvenience to my other scheduled readings; therefore, payment will be automatically forfeited.

Refund Policy

• Readings & Sessions: Non-refundable once the session has begun or been delivered.

• Courses, Digital Products & Memberships: All sales are final due to the immediate access and energetic nature of the content.

• Events & Group Programs: Refunds are not offered once the event has started. However, in cases of illness, emergency, or my own cancellation, credit or rescheduling options may be provided.

In the event that a product is sold out, Lotus Rising has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way possible. Lotus Rising will also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products, if available.

All sales are final, unless stated otherwise.

Forgot to use a code? You are held accountable for the use of any applicable discounts, so please remember to enter any coupon code in the "Redeem Coupon" section when scheduling a consultation. No refunds will be accepted if you forgot to apply a discount code at the time of checkout.

Returns & Exchanges for Products

Physical Products (if applicable): Returns are not accepted, as certain items in the shop are made by order. Exchanges are offered for unopened or non-damaged items and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the exchanged item. Once the item is received and inspected and your exchange is accepted, your replacement will be mailed to you promptly with a tracking number for confirmation.

• Acceptable Exchanges: Incorrect shipped item.

• Conditions for Exchanges: If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

• Non-Refundable: (1) Intentional sprays, oils, and spiritual bath products, for health and hygiene reasons. (2) Custom or "made by order" items, such as bracelets or other intentional items offered in the Lotus Rising shop.

Digital Products & Downloads: No returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

Mentorship Subscriptions

Subscriptions (monthly) are non-refundable once billed.

You may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle to avoid further charges. Access to mentorship content will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

Confidentiality

All readings, mentorship sessions, and private communications are held in strict confidence. Any details given during your reading will never be shared without your permission — whether inquired about by a partner, family member, or friend.

‍I honor your privacy and will never share your personal information, except when legally required.

All clients are required to fill out a form during checkout (to keep a record of clientele) that may contain personally identifiable information such as your full name, date of birth, time of birth, place of birth, telephone number, and email. If you choose to provide this information, I will honor your privacy and securely store your information in a private database.

Personal Information

All personal information you provide or that I obtain will be handled by Lotus Rising as the party responsible for that personal information. The information you provide will be used to ensure deliveries to you, for credit assessment, and to provide offers and catalog information to you. The information you provide is only available to Lotus Rising and will not be shared with third parties.

You have the right to inspect the information held about you, and you always have the right to request that Lotus Rising delete or correct the information held about you. By accepting the Lotus Rising conditions, you agree to the above.
