Mentorship Terms

Statement of Practice

The Lotus Rising Mentorship is a ongoing one-on-one spiritually intuitive and holistic support session offered as an alternative to traditional therapy. It is not intended to replace the work of a licensed physician or licensed healthcare professional.

Members can expect to experience a personalized one-on-one mentoring session on a weekly bi-weekly, or monthly basis, guided by Keshia. Keshia incorporates energy work, intuitive mentoring, spiritual guidance, and divination (astrology, numerology, Reiki, and other spiritual practices) to help support your personal development, healing, and growth.

Please understand:

  • I do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe medical or psychological conditions or medications.

  • I do not interfere with ongoing treatment from licensed healthcare professionals.

  • These sessions may complement professional care, but they are rooted in intuitive guidance and spiritual support.

  • Progress requires your active participation, willingness to engage, and consistent effort.

  • You may require multiple sessions or ongoing mentorship to integrate deeper transformation.

Mentor–Client Expectations

This is a co-creative process. Your commitment to openness, vulnerability, and accountability is essential for meaningful results.

You agree to:

  • Engage fully in each session with honesty and openness.

  • Share feedback if you feel mentoring is not aligned with your expectations or needs.

  • Take personal responsibility for applying the insights and guidance shared in sessions.

I agree to:

  • Hold compassionate, nonjudgmental space for your growth.

  • Provide soul-aligned guidance rooted in integrity and intention.

  • Offer intuitive reflections, practices, and energetic support in alignment with your growth.

Confidentiality Clause

All sessions are strictly confidential. Anything shared verbally, emotionally, energetically, or intuitively will not be disclosed to any third party without your explicit written consent, except where required by law. This is a sacred space, and your privacy, personal experiences, and energy are treated with the utmost care and discretion.

Mentor Rights

I reserve the right to:

  • End the mentorship if I determine your needs are outside the scope of intuitive and spiritual guidance.

  • End the mentorship if consistent lack of effort, engagement, or follow-through is observed.

  • Reschedule sessions if an unexpected event arises.

Client Rights

You have the right to:

  • Withdraw or reschedule a session due to emotional overwhelm, external circumstances, or intuitive nudges.

  • Express concerns if you feel your energetic boundaries have been crossed or any agreement has been violated.

  • Experience emotional releases, shifts, or energetic resistance as part of your healing for it is a natural part of the work.

Reschedule & Withdrawal Policy

  • You may reschedule or withdraw from one session per month without penalty.

  • More than one withdrawal request within the same month will result in termination of your mentorship agreement, as it disrupts the momentum of your healing process.

Subscription & Payment Terms

  • Your monthly subscription will be automatically charged on the date you purchased your mentoring package and the same amount will automatically withdraw from your preferred payment method on the same date every month until cancelled.

  • If your payment is declined, you’ll be notified and asked to update your payment method immediately.

  • Failure to resolve the declined payment will result in immediate cancellation of your mentorship access and revocation of all services until further notice.

Final Note of Intention

The Lotus Rising Mentorship is a sacred initiation into your highest embodiment. Every agreement listed above is rooted in energetic integrity and mutual respect. Together, we are building a safe space for your awakening, healing, and divine remembrance.
